Youth Historians Meet
Judy Timberlake Lawler spoke to the Young Historians group at their March 2021 Board meeting about her ancestor, Joseph Timberlake Sr. who served as a bodyguard to General George Washington, and later made his way to Hart County. Timberlake is buried in the Hammonsville Cemetery.
